If you do not plan to spend extended amounts of time in Belize, then there is the option of equity ownership. This gives you all the benefits of owning a villa outright, but for only a tenth of the cost.
Purchasing
Purchasing this way is actually easier than buying a whole property. You will own a 10% share of an unencumbered freehold title a private Estate – a tangible asset, which you can use every year and is expected to grow in value as real estate in Belize is experiencing an increase in demand. Prices start at $14,900 for equity ownership
Usage
You can use the villa for up to 5 weeks each year or you can choose to rent out the villa for none, some or all of the time to earn income. You can re-sell at any time and we can assist in helping to find a buyer.
Multiple Investors
