Residences
Within the Belize Reserve there are a number of village communities, each of which are separated naturally by areas of lush rainforest and rolling hills.
Within each ‘village’, individual freehold land plots are available, approximately a half acre in size and as a plot owner you are able to select a house design that best suits your needs.
There are a number of one, two and three bedroom customisable floor plans available and a variety of locations across the Reserve to choose from. Every location offers something unique - ranging from magnificent views across the hills and rainforest canopy, to full jungle immersion.

Each home sits on its own plot of at least 1/2 an acre, allowing for generous individual space along with access to the greater reserve community.

Sustainable Construction
Eco-building guidelines will preserve the future sustainability of the community, with home plans and architectural eco-construction services available to all owners.
Using, where possible, locally-sourced wood, materials, staff and services, the houses will be constructed with the smallest carbon impact possible.
Design & Build Services
When it comes to selecting the layout of your home, there are several design options with emphasis on an abundance of natural light and harmony with the natural surroundings.
Floor to ceiling windows, open plan living areas, quality designed hardwood furnishings and generous decking ensure indoor/outdoor lounge areas are sumptuous and inviting.
Our experienced design and construction teams will oversee, manage and nurture the process from start to finish. You may decide to opt for your own custom design and providing it is in keeping with the Reserve build philosophy we will turn your dream plans into reality.
Turn-key Investment
We offer a complete turn-key service, delivering a home that you can move into or rent out.
We have selected fabulous interior packages which include recognised high-end international brands such as Frette, Degrenne, Leesa, KitchenAid, Samsung and Blue Pheasant. Our ambition is to provide a thoroughly comfortable habitat for you and/or rental guests to experience tropical rainforest living at it’s finest. We can also assist with the importation of furniture or personal belongings, making your move to Belize completely hassle-free.
